Nestled between the Radstädter Tauern (Obertauern), Hohe Tauern and Nockberge mountains, the region is easy to reach via the Tauern Autobahn (A 10).  St. Michael, Mauterndorf, Mariapfarr and Tamsweg are all picturesque towns in our region – close to Obertauern and to Flachau.

Our Lungau Ski Pass gives you open access to all the slopes of Grosseck-Speiereck, Katschberg-Aineck and Fanningberg. If you are a skier, you can reach all of our snowy ski areas free of charge with our eco-friendly ski shuttles. The LUNGO ski pass promises virtually boundless skiing – 300 km of slopes, from the Katschberg to the Lungau and Obertauern, all on just one pass!
