Lungau Eachtling Recipes
The potato is known here in the Lungau as a "Eachtling". It grows especially well in the Lungau due to our climate, and its outstanding flavor has made it famous far beyond this region.
This book, in German, contains some especially tasty recipes focused on this popular "spud". Whether as a dough, a splendid soup with caraway, fried or baked, as a strudel or a dessert, it is always a success.
