Did you know...
that St. Leonhard's Church is a Roman-Catholic pilgrimage church in the market town of Tamsweg, in the Lungau region of Salzburger Land? The church stands on the side of the Schwarzenberg above town, from where you can make out this east-facing church with its north tower, fortifications and pilgrimage paths, which meander up the mountainside and are dotted with small chapels. The pilgrimage church is a listed historic monument.
One unique feature of this church, in addition to the structure itself and its location: the "GOLDEN WINDOW", with panes made only of golden yellow and blue glass.
