Tour Description

Start in Lessach / church - after ca. 150 m turn left, past the Bacherhof to the Engelramerhof – from the gate, on a forestry road as far as KM 7.5 – follow the path as far as the Wildbachhütte (KM 8.7) – from the Wildbachhütte, initially very steep forestry road downhill - from KM 12.1, paved supply lane as far as the main road (KM 15.1) - Lessach / church.

Due to road reconstruction works the communal road Lessach in direction to the torrent hut at the Boan cross will be closed for all traffic on the following days:

  • Monday, 13 July 2020 from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm
  • Tuesday, 14 July 2020 from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm
  • Wednesday, 15 July 2020 from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm
  • Thursday, July 16, 2020 from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm
  • Friday, 17 July 2020 from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm
  • Monday, 20 July 2020 from 07:00 am to 05:00 pm
  • Tuesday, 21 July 2020 from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm

In addition, this section is expected to be closed to all traffic from Wednesday, July 22, 2020, 07:00 a.m. until Thursday, July 23, 2020, 07:30 a.m. due to asphalting work!

For mountain bikers there is a detour via Karnerbauer and Semelweg!


Tip: Bike & Hike
Cones of Power and Gumma Mountain
Behind the playground next to the Wildbachhütte, a narrow trail (path No. 765) leads to the avalanche cones, thought to be sources of natural power. From there, the trail continues slightly east to the Gumma. Actual walking time ca. 1.5 hours.
