Bernhard Miedl, a passionate master builder and hunter, also contributes his expertise to sustainable construction, exploring nature with guests and selecting the best meat for the restaurant. His son Robert attaches particular importance to excellent service and restaurant quality. They all share the Being.Genuine. philosophy, because regionality is very important at Häuserl im Wald!
