Here you find the most hours of sunshine in all of Austria, an outstandingly signposted network of routes and a wide variety of options both for laid-back E-bike excursions and family tours together with the famous Murradweg. Sportier bikers can look forward to 18 mountain bike routes as well as the Lungau EXTREM tour as an absolute highlight.

Notice for Forest Roads: The usage times are indicated in our respective tours and are permitted at your own risk.
- Use only the approved, marked routes.
- Forest roads are operational areas. Expect wood on the road, grazing livestock, and vehicle traffic, and also be prepared for wildlife crossings.
- Pay special attention to vehicles, pedestrians, grazing livestock, and wildlife; they have the right of way.
- Reduce your speed or dismount before unclear or dangerous spots (e.g., sharp turns, tunnels, bridges, cattle grids).
- Biking is only permitted on bicycles that are appropriately equipped (as defined in the Austrian Rules of the Road StVO) and suited for the route in question.
- Children up to 12 years of age must wear appropriate protective equipment when biking, including a helmet as specified in the StVO.
- The MTB route is closed during snow and ice conditions
