From Tamsweg to St. Andrä, then via Lintsching - alongside the Taurach - to Pichl. Via Gröbendorf and Steindorf you will come to Mauterndorf. Then continue to Schloss Moosham. Finally, your ride takes you via Pischelsdorf and Flatschach to Unternberg, then back to Tamsweg.

From Tamsweg alongside the Mur to the IsoSpanwerk. Now right for about 300m along the main road, before making a left in the direction of Thomatal. Climbing gradually, the road will lead you to the Bettlmandltauern. Now downhill to Pischelsdorf and along the Murradweg back to Tamsweg.

From Muhr next to the River Mur as far as St. Michael. Passing the golf course in St. Michael, continue in the direction of St. Margarethen, to Unternberg, then through the small villages of Neggerndorf and Mörtelsdorf into the main town of Tamsweg, then to Ramingstein. From St. Michael alongside the River Mur through Glashütte to the village of Muhr. Now, via Dorf Jedl to the Arsenhaus. At this point, the route leads you to the right, uphill, to the Muritzen car park. Mountain bikers can continue riding all the way up to the Sticklerhütte at 1752 meters.

From St. Michael, enjoy a pleasant bike ride along the road leading to Zederhaus. The bike path takes you through Dorf, past Gasthof Jägerwirt in the direction of Riedingtal Nature Park. Once there, the ride includes magnificent alpine scenery.

From the market square in Mauterndorf, you will ride past "Burg Mauterndorf", taking the B99 iin the direction of Obertauern. At Ski Center Mauterndorf, you will cross the bridge and come to a gravel lane on your right. After about 8 km, you will reach Tweng. At the far end of the village, ride over a wooden bridge to your left, bringing you to the charming landscapes of Twenger Lantschfeld.

At the turn-off for Stockerfeld, leave the Mitterbergrunde and bike in the direction of Weisspriach. At the end of the paved road, continue your pleasant ride to the Dicktler, Grainmeister and Grangler huts, where you might wish to pause for refreshments along the way.

Leave the Mitterbergrunde at the turn-off for Stockerfeld, continuing towards the town center of Mariapfarr. At the village hall ("Gemeindeamt") in Mariapfarr, towards Zankwarn as far as Grabendorf. There, turn right in the direction of Kreischaberg/Lignitz, with a paved road finally bringing you to the Wielandhof. (not permanently staffed)

Set out from St. Andrä and ride next to the Göriachbach to enchanting Hintergöriach. From there, roughly 8 km on a gravel road to the "Hut Village". On the way back, you might wish to visit the Ambrosius Chapel, located along the Bee Path next to Gasthof Lacknerhof. Then, in the small community of Wassering, make a right towards Fern, which will bring you to Mariapfarr - a town renowned for its healing climate - before returning to St. Andrä.

From Tamsweg along the Mitterbergrunde to Wölting, continuing next to the Lessachbach to the beautiful village of Lessach. Next to the church, make a right into the upper Lessachtal, finally reaching the Lasshoferalm at 1250 m above sea level. For your return, you might choose the "Glanz" route, leading past the fire house in Unterdorf, then across the bridge over the Lessachbach towards the Gambshof, before finally taking you along the main road back to Tamsweg.

From the historic market square in Tamsweg up the Preberstrasse, passed the Landwirtschaftsschule and village of Haiden, with several steep climbs finally bringing you to the Prebersee, a lake located at 1514 m above sea level.
