The Almbahn at the Katschberg

A fresh breeze is blowing at the Katschberg mountain: the previous three-seater chairlift "Aineckbahn" is being replaced by a modern eight-seater gondola – and will bear the new name "Almbahn".

Even more comfortable, even more spacious and ideal for families, the new Almbahn cable car will take you up to the Aineck mountain station in complete comfort, starting with the 2025/26 winter season.

In the upcoming winter, the new Almbahn cable car will take you up the Aineck mountain in comfort and protected from all weather conditions – straight into the snow and slope fun world of Aineck.
