The Almbahn on the Katschberg

A fresh breeze is blowing on Katschberg: the previous 3-seater chairlift "Aineckbahn" is being replaced by a modern 8-seater gondola - and will now bear the new name "Almbahn".

Even more comfortable, even more spacious and ideal for families, the new Almbahn lift will once again take you up the Aineck in complete comfort from the 2025/26 winter season.

In the coming winter, the new Almbahn cable car will once again take you up the mountain in comfort and protected from the weather - straight into the fun of the snow and slopes.
