As is often the case in summer, this stargazing hike also begins at twilight, shortly after sunset. The meeting point is the Ludlalm parking lot. It’s particularly impressive to see how the sky above grows darker and darker as more and more stars gradually appear in the firmament. The summer stargazing hikes offer a view of the particularly bright and detailed center of our Milky Way. Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system, will also be visible to the naked eye.
